How to get your data
Pull your Weekly Summary from Upwork as a CSV, then bring it back here to build your dashboard.
Navigate to Upwork Reports and select the "Weekly Summary" option.
On the reports page, find and click on the "Weekly Summary" option.
Select the period you want to analyze. Upwork typically limits exports to one year per file.
If your history exceeds one year, export multiple CSVs — for example, one for 2023, one for 2024, one for 2025, and so on.
Open the first CSV file. Copy the data from the other files, excluding their headers, and paste it underneath. Save the combined CSV.
Return to this page and use the "Upload Your CSV" button near the top, then drag and drop the file or browse to select it.
Tip
Exporting more than a year of history? Export each year separately, then combine the files before uploading.
